2. Glitch effects. They are explored and extended by Jacques
Perconte, heir to a tradition as old as cinema itself. He pushes
the compression/decompression algorithms to their limits and
uses the defects to generate new images indefinitely, even when
he starts from a long camera shot on sea waves. He is also able
to control the effects in real time, presenting a constantly
renewed experience, and sometimes cooperating in the show
with the composer or his music.
